• Revenue from $10 - $100 million

• Positive cash flow

• EBITDA > $2,000,000 or EBITDA margins > 10% of revenue

• Business sector focus

• Technology and transaction services

• Specialty marketing and manufacturing

• Value added distribution

• Opportunistic

• Management – operating team that can operate business at current levels

• Business has minimum three year operating history

• Financial information that can be audited

• Reasonable travel time and accessible location

• No center / location based businesses such as retail, doctors offices or other professional practices

• No venture
